Browser and video playback help
Your browser may need an update. If FlickStreams does not load or video will not play, follow these steps before making a purchase.
- Update your browser and device software. Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Safari updates come with Apple software updates.
- Open FlickStreams in your browser. If you followed a link in an email or social-media app, use its “Open in browser” option, or type https://flickstreams.net into your browser.
- Check your connection and enable JavaScript. If playback still fails, try another supported device or connection.
- Test before paying. The checkout page includes a free streaming sample. Confirm that the picture moves and you hear sound before continuing.
Update instructions
The website framework supports Chrome 111+, Edge 111+, Firefox 111+ and Safari 16.4+. Use the latest version available for your device. These minimums do not guarantee video playback. If your device cannot update far enough, use a newer device.
Already purchased?
Your purchase remains linked to your email address. On a supported device, sign in using that same email address or open your private access email. Rental and subscription time limits still apply. Do not buy the film again just to try another device.
Basic video sample
This optional sample uses a basic video player. It shows moving colors with a quiet tone. Passing it does not replace the streaming test on checkout.
